Return & Refund Policy
Because many of our items are 3D printed, custom-made, or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns for custom orders, personalized items, or made-to-order products unless there is an issue with the item.
For ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, refund, or other solution when appropriate.
Please note that minor layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are normal with 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

Products
Many of our products are created using 3D printing and other crafting methods. Due to the manufacturing process, slight variations in color, finish, and layer lines are normal and make each item unique.
Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and available materials.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, price changes will not affect that order.
Custom & Private Printing
Custom projects are quoted individually based on materials, print time, design work, and project complexity.
Design requests may require additional information such as measurements, reference photos, or sketches and may require additional development time.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Production & Shipping
Many items are produced in limited quantities or printed to order. Processing times may vary depending on current workload, product complexity, and material availability.
Our regular shipping day is Wednesday. Most ready-to-ship orders will leave our workshop on this day. Orders placed after our weekly shipping cutoff will be included in the following week’s shipment unless otherwise noted.
Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated production times will be communicated whenever possible.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
